Singapore Airlines is offering return fares to London from Hong Kong (via Singapore) for $5,405 for adults and $4,085 for children. The journey must be completed by November 30 and there are restrictions as to which connecting flight can be taken from Singapore.
The airline also has a three-night package to Singapore with round-trip economy-class air ticket and hotel accommodation with breakfast from $4,090 to $5,150, depending on the choice of hotel. Tickets are valid for 14 days, and departure must be on SQ863 only.
Emirates Airline will add another flight to Nairobi from Dubai on October 27, increasing the service to three a week. Nairobi is the gateway to East Africa. Emirates operates from Hong Kong to Dubai.

Another strange-shaped package has arrived in the office from Cathay Pacific. Last time it was a coffee cup, this time a complimentary in-flight freshen-up bag, the upgraded model for business and first-class passengers.
Unfortunately, it was not accompanied by an air ticket, but I'm staying at home in better shape by using the wax earplugs to block out the nightly cacophony from the three dogs in my village.
