Millenium and Copthorne (M&C), the European, British and US hotels group 55 per cent owned by CDL Hotels International will pay GBP81 million (about HK$978.64 million) for the Britannia Hotel, a 318-room four-star London hotel in Mayfair. The property, the Britannia, last year reported net assets of GBP83 million and operating profits of GBP5.3 million.
