The festival's visual arts programme 'combines emotional responses with technical skill' in its exhibitions, projects and workshops for photography, sculpture, fashion designers, milliners, theatrical designers and installation artists.

Work can be seen in galleries, foyers, schools, halls and even MTR stations.

Our Hearts, Our Dreams is an exhibition of the work of 20 people from the Lee Wai Lee Technical Institute.

The group decided to explore the question 'What is art?' in the company of various young artists.

The results, on show at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre from November 1-8, are demonstrative of the creative and complex artistic minds in Hong Kong.
