HKNet has become the first Hong Kong Internet service provider to license Spyglass' SurfWatch software to filter out pornography on the Net. Spyglass claims SurfWatch filters or blocks access to more than 13,000 sexually explicit sites on the Net.The company licensed its World-Wide Web browser technology to Microsoft to form the basis of Internet Explorer.
