A schoolgirl who claims her father had sex with her up to 36 times could still be a virgin, a government doctor told an incest case jury yesterday. But forensic pathologist Hau Kong-lung, who examined the 14-year-old, said this did not rule out the possibility she might have had sexual intercourse on many occasions. Dr Hau said it was impossible to tell from the examination whether the girl had been abused. 'The medical evidence is neutral,' he added. He told the High Court the evidence was consistent with the teenager being a virgin but was also consistent with her having had sex. The father denies the girl's claims he repeatedly abused her between July and December 1994. The trial, before Mr Justice Thomas Gall, continues today.
