Wasteful

Every time I receive my Standard Chartered Bank Visa statement, there is an envelope inside the letter. The envelope is sent to me so that I can use it to send my cheque to the bank to credit my Visa account.

I wonder how many customers will use the envelope when we can pay nearly all kinds of bills through ATMs or pay-by-phone service.

I hope that Standard Chartered can stop the policy of sending these envelopes to customers, because it contravenes the principle of protecting our environment by using less paper.
