A 14-YEAR-OLD boy was arrested yesterday in connection with a spate of indecent assaults in Kwai Hing Estate, Kwai Chung. A 27-year-old woman told police her breasts had been grabbed while she was in a lift with him. She said she struggled free, but identified the boy in a car park later. Police said they believed he had been committing sexual assaults for some time and urged any other victims to come forward.
