COMMUNITY leaders will on Saturday pay their last respects to former Heung Yee Kuk chairman Mr Stephen Wong Yuen-cheung, 84, who died of a heart attack on January 25. Mr Wong, chairman from 1978 to 1980, was awarded the Badge of Honour in 1968 for helping provide emergency relief for victims of the 1967 typhoon. He also became a Member of British Empire in 1972. His funeral is at Universal Parlour in Hunghom.
