Edwin Ing

Edwin Ing was born in Britain and educated at Epsom College and the University of Birmingham, where he gained an honours degree in Latin and English.

Arriving in Hong Kong in 1985, he spent two years as administration manager of a certified public accountants firm before joining the Dickson group in 1987 as company secretary. He was appointed executive director of Dickson Concepts in 1992.

A fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, he is the institute's president, chairman of its company secretaries panel and a member of its professional development committee.
