CUSTOMS officers seized 353 new television sets valued at $1.5 million from a Chinese cargo vessel during an anti-smuggling operation off Chai Wan yesterday. The ship's master, aged 31, was charged with attempting to export unmanifested cargo and will appear in Eastern Court today.
