TAIWAN's Yangming Marine Transport Corp and Wan Hai Lines, and Indonesia's PT. Bahana Utama Linie have reached an agreement to jointly operate a new full containerised and weekly fixed-day service for the Taiwan, Hongkong and Indonesia trade, beginning onMarch 13.

The consortium, which will deploy three 1,000 TEU container ships with a speed of 17 knots, will call at Kaohsiung, Keelung, Taichung, Hongkong, Jakarta, Surabaya and back to Kaohsiung.
