A jobless man was accused of using a fake Mark 6 ticket to claim he had won $3 million. Cheung Yin-chuen, 60, faced one charge of using a false instrument on September 9, 1995, Tsuen Wan Court heard.

   No plea was taken. Magistrate Hugh Sinclair adjourned the case for trial on February 25. There will be nine prosecution witnesses including a government chemist.
