A WOMAN was accused in court yesterday of plotting her husband's murder. Wu Lin-yan, 24, was charged with conspiring with Lai Shek-hung, 26, to commit the crime. Wu Wai-yip's body was discovered on a beach under Tai La Chung Bridge, Tuen Mun, on Tuesday. He had been stabbed in the chest and neck. A knife was embedded in the 27-year-old's torso. Lai, a toy merchant, was charged yesterday at Tsuen Wan Court with murdering the saleswoman's husband on Monday. He surrendered to police on Thursday. The case was adjourned for five days to Tuen Mun Court.
