The Hong Kong branch of the Manchester United Supporters' Club hopes to hold a meeting, also in The Mariners, before the end of the month to distribute membership cards and give out further information on club activities. Secretary Rick Adkinson hopes that Brian Kidd will take up an invitation to visit the territory during the close season, when a number of functions will be arranged. Premier Soccer and radio station BFBS have got together and will produce a 'Fans Forum' phone-in programme on Fridays between 11am and noon. Hosted by BFBS' Damian Watson and Premier Soccer's Tom Vincent, the programme will feature a general discussion of the forthcoming weekend soccer programme and will deal with other talking points. Primarily, though, the programme is aimed at soccer fans and is a platform to allow them to air their views.
