Henry Tang Ying-yen

After serving as a Hong Kong affairs adviser to China, Legislative Councillor Henry Tang Ying-yen was most recently selected to join the future Special Administrative Region's provisional legislature.

Managing director of Peninsular Knitters and a director of Meadville, Mr Tang is chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Industries, a 2,600-strong group comprising members of wide-ranging industries mostly regarded as the major companies in their respective fields.

He is also an executive member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
