Anti-dumping laws drafted

Anti-dumping laws are being drawn up to protect domestic industries from cheap imports, a report says.

Government officials were exploring how to draft laws and regulations to combat dumping and the use of subsidies by exporters to China, the People's Daily said.

The laws would bring China more closely in line with international practices and offer better protection to domestic industry, officials were quoted saying.
