Members and officials of Junior Police Call (JPC) have been mourning the death of the organisation's founder, Andrew Rennie.

Mr Rennie was the force behind the setting up of JPC in 1974.
He was also behind the setting up of Police Community Relations Offices (PCRO) in the territory's districts.
Mr Rennie was appointed as the Royal Hong Kong Police's chief information officer in 1973.
He became Chief Staff Officer Public Relations in 1983, was awarded the MBE in 1986 and retired in 1987.

Commissioner of Police Eddie Hui Ki-on said: 'He was a consummate professional.
