Lai see case

A deaf and dumb man appeared at Eastern Court accused of stealing two bundles of empty lai see packets from a Chai Wan shopping arcade. Yiu Kam-sei, 39, was remanded in custody after the magistrate was told there was no sign language interpreter available.
