SCMP Reporter

Pacific Carriers Ltd (PCL) says its subsidiary Ikan Bilis Shipping (Singapore) has agreed to sell a vessel for US$11.2 million. The vessel, Ikan Bilis, will be sold to Silver Yang Navigation.

   The transaction would not affect PCL's earnings per share and net tangible assets per share, the company said.
