This picture won South China Morning Post photographer Oliver Tsang first runner-up in the sport news category in the Hong Kong Press Photographers' Association competition yesterday.

 It shows Canadian rugby players tackling Hong Kong's Duane Davis at the Pacific Rim rugby union championship last June.

  'I'm very happy to receive the award. I have accepted a number of awards throughout my 14 years in the profession, but every award is new to me. They all give me the same message: a little push to strive for the best,' Tsang said. Last year he won two awards - general news and sports news - in the competition.
