Property investment company SEA Holdings has sold the China Underwriters Centre in Wan Chai in a deal worth $858 million.

  The company said it had entered into a preliminary sale and purchase agreement to sell the Gloucester Road property, along with 17 car parks in the Belgian Bank Tower, to Right Success.

  SEA Holdings failed in an attempt last month to purchase the Conrad Hotel when it was outbid by Sino Hotels.
