Taiwan group in Shanghai lease

Pacific Construction Group of Taiwan has leased the entire eight-storey retail podium, or 322,920 sq ft of space, in Shanghai's Shui On Plaza. Pacific Construction's Shanghai Pacific Department Store will occupy the podium and hopes to open in the third quarter this year.
