Twenty-one people were arrested in a six-hour raid on 67 bars, clubs and game centres around Hong Kong Island. About 420 police officers were deployed and the 17 men and four women aged between 16 and 60 were arrested for offences relating to drugs, gambling, blackmail and illegal immigration. All remain in police custody.
