Russian air route to open

Taiwan and Russia have agreed to establish direct air links after two days of negotiations in Moscow. China Airlines and a private Russian airline will each initially offer two return flights a week, possibly starting by June, between Taipei and Moscow, increasing this to three flights by the summer of 1998.
