Jasper, Christy, Cassana, Alice, Melody and I became student-teachers for a story-sharing corner where Form One and Form Two students came to us and told stories.
We are in Form Three.
We had this story-sharing corner because we wanted to help Form One and Form Two students read more books and speak English.
We listened to the stories read by younger students as part of the Extensive Reading Scheme (ERS) and we made some comments.
When the students were telling stories, some were very frightened and some very shy. Some of them presented their stories very well, but some were a bit jerky.
The atmosphere was very good. They enjoyed themselves.
Although some students could not express themselves well, we plan to continue this activity because we believe they can improve in future.
