Sale less than NAV

United Pacific Industries says it will sell one of its subsidiaries to an executive director for less than the estimated net asset value.

The executive director Lam Yin-kee will pay $4.66 million for the shares of Allcomm (HK), against Allcomm's estimated net asset value of $5.73 million as at March 31 this year.
