Leon Lai, Leo Koo, Kelly Chen, Mark Lui and Karen Mok took part.

Organised by Genroku Sushi Company and supported by Ultimate 903 of Commercial Radio, the carnival raised funds for children suffering from tetanus, which is caused by bacteria entering the body and making the muscles stiffen.

Thirty goods booths and games stalls were set up for charity sales. In addition, Genroku Sushi issued a series of Smart Cards with mega-star Leon Lai's portrait; these raised $500,000.
