SHKP releases flats

Sun Hung Kai Properties is releasing 100 flats in East Point City, Tseung Kwan O, at $6,500 per square foot on cash terms.

The cost per square foot is 36 per cent higher than the first batch of units sold in January. The sale will be held on April 9.

Registration of buyers is from March 28 to April 4.

The developer sold 1,864 flats in January, with the first batch priced at $4,771 per square foot, and the last for $5,214.
