THE 'two-week rule' which gives foreign domestic workers only a short time to seek a new job if they are sacked has earned the Government a black mark from a United Nations committee. The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination called for the review of the rule prohibiting foreign workers from seeking another job or remaining in Hong Kong more than two weeks after being dismissed.
