Cheung Kong (Holdings) has submitted a revised Tsing Yi Island residential development plan to the Government.
Cheung Kong executive director Grace Woo said gross floor area in the new proposal was less than 400,000 square feet - about 40 per cent smaller than the original plan.
The company had applied to build a residential development of about 700,000 sq ft on the site, which is designated for a transport terminus, but the Government had rejected the plan.
