Fine regiment

On behalf of all those who watched a great festival of rugby last weekend, I would like to thank the Black Watch.

This fine regiment showed all that is best about the British Army. They were courteous, efficient and, on occasions, had to show remarkable constraint.

The incredible atmosphere that pervaded the stadium was due, in no small part, to them and they deserve recognition.
