A teenage girl was locked in a toilet, gagged, indecently assaulted and robbed of $31,000 after two men failed to collect an alleged debt from her boyfriend, a court heard yesterday. Judge Richard Davies jailed Sung Chi-fung, 20, for two years and four months after he admitted false imprisonment, theft and indecent assault. Wu Wing-shing, 15, pleaded guilty to false imprisonment but sentencing was adjourned for background reports. Prosecutor Newman Wong told the District Court that on September 12 last year, Wu called the 14-year-old victim and said he wanted to repay her $1,000. The teenager met Wu, Sung and two other men in a Mongkok plaza and was told by Sung that her boyfriend owed him money. After she failed to contact her boyfriend, the victim was taken to Sung's Shamshuipo flat where she was locked in the toilet and told to wash dishes. She was then dragged out, tied to a window frame, gagged with adhesive tape and made to strip. Her underwear was cut with scissors and Sung used her credit card to steal $31,000.
