Plaza deal

Mainland property developer Dong-Jun (Holdings) has agreed to sell 186,217 square feet of Universal Plaza in Guangzhou to an independent third party for $400 million.

Its 60 per cent owned subsidiary Newmay Development, owner of Universal Plaza, will provide $200 million in financing to the buyer and has agreed to lease the space for two years at $32 million a year.
