Fung's contract to expire

Daniel Fung revealed yesterday his three-year contract with the Legal Department would expire in October.

Asked whether he would continue to serve the post-handover administration, he said: 'That will be up to the needs of the Special Administrative Region government.' The Government had not discussed the matter with him, he said.
