Credit cards fished out

A fisherman used drinking straws and adhesive tape to hook credit cards out of letter boxes, and used the cards to net $150,000, the District Court heard. Ngo Ying-kit, 25, was jailed for 31/2 years by Judge Richard Hawkes.
