POLICE arrested three people for allegedly manufacturing dangerous drugs and seized more than $200,000 worth of heroin, cannabis and caffeine yesterday. Narcotics Bureau officers raided a flat in Lai Chi Kok, arresting two suspects. A 78-year-old man who returned to the flat later was also arrested and released on bail.
