ACTOR Jackie Chan signed a three-film picture deal with San Francisco Mayor Mr Frank Jordan yesterday. The agreement will take Chan to the US city at the end of the year to star in what he called ''action movies'', although Mr Jordan, a former police chief, said he hoped the Hongkong superstar would make police films. ''I'm hoping San Francisco police will give permission for an exciting shot of Jackie chasing after a cable car,'' he said.
