Jones Lang Wootton property consultants has named three new national directors.
Kelly Lam becomes national director of the property management division. Kevin Chung will remain head of the building consultancy division and be responsible for strengthening and expanding JLW's project management services in Hong Kong, China and the Asia-Pacific region.
Flora Tai, of the investment department, becomes national director responsible for the sales of investment properties.
Mike Peasley has been appointed a director of the lands and valuation department at David C. Lee Surveyors. Mr Peasley has more than 25 years' experience in the property business, the last 15 of them in Hong Kong.
Sam Graham has been appointed a director of the project development department. Mr Graham was previously a technical director with Harris & Sutherland and also worked with the Buildings Department for 11 years.
Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) has appointed Brenda Lee as deputy general manager. In addition to her current responsibilities in corporate communications and investor relations, Ms Lee will assist the Gold Peak board in corporate development projects.
Marco Polo Hotels has promoted Glen Farmer to senior director of development. Mr Farmer has more than 24 years of hospitality experience in Europe, South Africa, the West Indies and Asia-Pacific. He was formerly general manager of the Marco Polo Hotel in Hong Kong.
