Gammon Construction, the territory's top contractor, has won its latest contract in Vietnam with a $105 million luxury office deal in Hanoi from the subsidiary of Hongkong Land Holdings.

 The work will be carried out with joint-venture partner Hanoi Construction Co No 1.

 The contract involves the erection of the reinforced concrete shell and core for a 122,000 square foot nine-storey office and retail complex in Ly Thi To, in Hanoi's central business district.
