Angered by coin bank fiasco

I am becoming increasingly frustrated and annoyed with the incompetence of the Post Office.

Two months ago I ordered - and paid for - a commemorative coin bank, but to this day I still have not been supplied with one. In fact, the Post Office informed me that I need to fill in an application form before I can be considered for my coin bank. Not only is this a ludicrous situation, but it is disgraceful that the Post Office was so quick to take my money with no intention of providing anything in return.
