CHEUNG Yuk-king, 36, was charged with murder following the arson attack which killed three elderly men and injured six others in Shau Kei Wan on Friday. Of five others injured in the blaze, apart from Cheung, two have been discharged from hospital and Yung Ching-wan, 53, and Chan Kai-yiu, 61, were still in critical condition last night. Chan Kam-siu, 43, is in a stable condition.
