Misadventure verdict

Coroner David Thomas recorded a verdict of death by misadventure on decorator Patrick Lee Hei-wah, 25, who crashed after smoking cannabis and drinking beer while celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with friends in a Sai Kung pub.
