Quick Action is the natural Triple Trio banker for the end of season sprint championship, the Chairman's Prize, at Sha Tin tomorrow.

 The innovative exotic wager operates on races three, four and six, requiring the first three to be found, in any order, in all of these events.

 From a ratings and recent form standpoint, Quick Action is the one to be on in the concluding leg.

 He is rated 120 and, along with Adjareli, is the joint top-rated horse in the contest.

 But whereas Adjareli is likely to find the trip on the short side, it is the ideal course and distance for Quick Action, who can also jump from barrier three under Eric Saint-Martin.

 For his part, the brilliant French rider will be fired up in his quest for winners.

 He's usually a very hungry rider, but tomorrow he's likely to be positively ravenous as it is his last meeting before he begins a five-meeting careless riding suspension.

 To go out with victory in the Chairman's Prize would very much help to lessen the blow of the suspension, but in terms of the Triple Trio, all Quick Action has to do is run into the first three.

 The Patrick Biancone-trained Bumper Storm is the dark horse in the race. He has won his only three starts to date and was highly impressive in taking the Kukri Trophy.

 The move up to taking on the best sprinters at set weights in the Chairman's Prize is a whole different level of competition and he will have to be an exceptional youngster to prevail.

 Quick Action could just be too experienced for him at this stage but Bumper Storm is a must Triple Trio selection.

 They are likely to go fast in the Chairman's Prize and this could allow the Tony Cruz-trained Super Freighter to run home into the placings.

 He's one of the most improved horses in training, with Cruz having done a fantastic job on him.

 Saint-Martin could also hold the key to the Macwhinnie Cup, the third event, which opens the Triple Trio.

 He partners Flying Tiger for David Oughton, who will retain him next season.

 Last time out Flying Tiger bounced right back to his best form of last season, when he was a dual winner, with a highly creditable second to David Hayes' exciting young sprinter Prince Fortune.

 Flying Tiger made Prince Fortune battle all the way to the line that day and the pair pulled clear of revitalised 1,000 metre specialist Double Wins, who was in turn clear of fourth-placed Eternal Harmony. Since then Flying Tiger appears to have worked most fluently and it is not beyond the realms of possibility that Saint-Martin will be in double form.

 This third event is not the strongest of races and David Hill's Encore could be the surprise package and flash home late down the centre of the track to add value to tierce and Triple Trio payouts.

 Fat Choy Together is hard to go past in terms of a banker in the middle pin of the Triple Trio, the Swaine Cup.

 Fat Choy Together put in one of the more remarkable runs of the season last time, without actually winning that is, when chasing Lucky Partners and Giant Fight, who had both bolted, and then being asked to kick past them some 800 metres from home.

 Given the way the race panned out and how he was ridden into the ground, Fat Choy Together put in a huge effort to still finish just 3.75-lengths behind the winner, Drifting Away.

 Prior to that, Fat Choy Together had completed a hat-trick of staying wins and his form in each of them has been very strong, especially the last two.

 He was ridden all the way round the inside and in the slowest part of the track yet still beat Big Mac 3.75 lengths when completing that hat-trick with Sensible Choice four lengths third and now 11 pounds better off.

 Before that he'd beaten Seasons Wind, Nansen and Liffey River.

 The first two named have won since and Liffey River has run second to Seasons Wind.

 Sensible Choice continues to fire in the mornings and must be included while expect a big run from Musical Insight who caught the eye last time and appears to have been set for this. Any rain on the day would considerably enhance his chances.

 Leprechaun, Medic Star, Special and Gallant Middy look the pick of the fifth, the Sandberg Gold Cup, the concluding leg of the Double Trio which also takes in the fourth.
