I had an Internet lesson with a library staffer in the afternoon. TUESDAY: A normal day - I was at school at the usual eight in the morning. First, I checked to see if there was anything important and urgent to be done. Then I had class visits to ensure the day started smoothly. In the afternoon, I was engaged in routine paperwork. And lastly, I went to see the remedial classes after school. WEDNESDAY: Same as usual, except that I spent a couple of hours in the afternoon to familiarise myself with the computer. THURSDAY: I attended an Education Department seminar on teaching in the mother tongue. FRIDAY: I had lunch with another principal, and we shared views on teaching and headship.
