CUDDLY and bespectacled Peter Tsao, a brave and daring man when it comes to the marriage stakes, has taken the plunge for the third time.

Wife No 3 is a pretty Thai, which probably makes up for Tsao having been dumped from the Royal Bangkok Sports Club's bowling team on a technicality last year.

A former government high-flier who left the service of the Crown with a golden handshake, Tsao has since dipped his fingers in a number of ventures including a consultancy with Star TV, an interest in a restaurant and a bit part on a TV soap.

By way of coincidence, Tsao's second wife re-married, also for the third time, to a doctor in Hawaii not too long ago.
