A Diaoyu activist who dislocated his shoulder on board the protest ship returned to Hong Kong last night. Kent Ho Hon-man, one of the chief organisers of the voyage, was injured when he was hurled across the deck in rough seas on Saturday. He spent two hours being treated in Shalou Tung's General Hospital yesterday and doctors advised him not to re-board the Diaoyu Tai protest ship. Mr Ho said before leaving Taiwan: 'I feel sorry that I cannot continue the trip with the others, but I decided to give up to avoid delaying the voyage.' On his return to Hong Kong, he went to help at the voyage's communication centre. Mr Ho said he hoped for more assistance if there was another voyage. 'I hope Chinese military vessels will accompany us to the Diaoyu Islands without any Japanese vessels entering Chinese waters,' he said.
