A CAR driver who swerved to avoid a pedestrian mounted the pavement in Tsat Tsz Mui Road, North Point, crashing into six people, including a toddler and a 77-year-old man. Five of the injured were treated and discharged but the elderly man remained in poor condition at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.
