Redhill houses sold for $47m

GRAND Orient Holdings has sold four townhouses at the Redhill Peninsula for $47.51 million, using the proceeds in loan repayment.

Three of the properties were sold subject to existing tenancies.

Rental income currently totals $215,500 a month.
