SINGAPORE: Motor distributor Cycle and Carriage is selling a 30 per cent stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Cycle and Carriage Malaysia, to Cycle and Carriage Bintang for M$10.34 million (about HK$30.2 million) to comply with Malaysia's investment rulings.
