MONDAY: I handled in- coming documents and letters and attended the first meeting of the Shamshuipo District Fight Crime Committee 1997-98. I also attended the year-end subject meeting.
TUESDAY: I attended the Shamshuipo Community Youth Club Executive Committee meeting.
Invited by the Shamshuipo District Officer, I was also the judge of a painting competition.
WEDNESDAY: In the afternoon there was a lunch gathering with students, a meeting to discuss matters concerning major repair and another year-end subject meeting.
THURSDAY: I had a year- end evaluation with individual teachers. Afterwards, I met the Christian Education Committee of the Lutheran Church (Hong Kong).
FRIDAY: I planned for the second Parent-Teacher Association meeting to be held on Saturday. At lunchtime I met principals of the neighbouring schools.
